Issue 1: Insufficient air pressure
Solution: Adjust the pressure regulating valve on the edge banding machine so that the lamination pressure reaches 2 bar.

Issue 2: Insufficient springback of the pressure rollers
Solution: Adjust the springback amount of the pressure rollers. The springback of the large pressure roller should be slightly more than that of the small pressure roller.

Issue 3: The six pressure rollers are not aligned in a straight line
Solution: Raise the pressure beam to its highest position, then adjust the in/out limit screws between the pressure rollers and the guide rail.

Issue 4: Poor glue quality
Solution: Replace the glue.

Issue 5: Insufficient glue temperature
Solution: Increase the glue temperature. In cold weather, use a heat lamp to preheat the workpieces.
